Default new guy need advice

So, im interested in this 06 4x4 supercab(4 full doors)5.4L, 6.5ft bed, 6" lift w/wheels & 35" tires. low mileage, about 13k. i think its an XLT, its power evrything(doesnt mention leather) tow pkg. and sunroof.

the owner is aking 23,500.

ive never owned a ford truck, only because when i bought my ram, the f150s in 02 were ugly.sorry.

even if i dont jump on this truck im still leaning toward a f150, so here is the question:

is this a good deal? can i still lowball him to save some money? what should i look out for in my search? and any adviice is greatly appreciated

thanks

You can get a brand new 08 for less than that! It wont have the lift or tires, but it will be brand new with a waranty and not beat up!!

i would never buy a truck with a lift on it because most likely if its lifted, its been in alot of mud. if your not dead set on this truck there are plenty of f150s to choose from right now. i just bought my 05 screw fx4 with 98,000 miles and 3 year extended warranty, leather, looaded out for 10,900.$$$$ good luck, they are good trucks i love mine......
