Hi Ford fans, I'm new to the forum but I've got a 2006 F-150 XL RC 8' with the 4.2 V6 and the M5OD 5-speed. Are there any other 5-speed owners out there? Surely I'm not the only one. I know they're getting rare because they were hard to find even when new. I almost had to special order mine. As it is, I had to go to a dealer that was an hour away from my house to find a salesman that wouldn't look at me stupid when I asked for a manual, then he had to locate this one at another Ford dealer out of state for me. 3.55 LS gear; 8' bed; towing package; AC; Tan cloth seats; Medium Wedgewood Blue; crank windows; and carpet delete. Only modifications include stereo with cd player and cassette, and Line-X bed liner sprayed on extra thick. It was built to work so I'm not afraid to work it right to its limits.
