Well since no one has answered your question I will. I bought my HID set up from HID4U on ebay, he has been very helpful. He sent me the wrong kit initally but sent out a replacement quick. Make sure whatever kit you buy it has a relay harness with it, that will assure you do not fry your factory wiring. I have no clue about the magnaflow, I'm not a big fan of theirs. I would however suggest the Flowmaster 50 series SUV muffler....but thats all a matter of opinion. Congrats on your new baby!
