New Fog Lights 2004 F150

I am looking for options to replace the factory fog lights in my truck.

I am unable to find any aftermarket assemblies that fit as I dont have the round fogs.

Any suggestions are welcome.

IMO, the factory or factory style housings look the best. I put a LED bulb like this one in mine.
