Exclamation new to f150's need some insite.

Hello all new guy here.i come from diesle trucks and i just sold my 05cummins and picked up a very nice 07f150.i decided to give it a try because the cummins left a bad taste in my mouth and got sick of overly exspensive repairs.this new truck is better than the dodge in ebery way except for two things, fuel milage and power.my cummins when i sold it was putting down 500rwhp and getting 20-22 mpg on the high way.now i know i wont beable to get that with this truck unless i do serious engine work.i was looking into a roots style charger but it is out of my price range.i looked into tuners but 400bucks seems to be alot of cash for only 45hp.but if i picked up 2 or 3 mpg with it id be happy.the truck already has a single out to duals exhaust (flowmaster) and has a drop in k&n filter.i want to ditch the k&n because they dont filter for sh** and its already started to let dust in.so whats a good cai for these trucks that not a waste of money? i was thinking of getting a aem brute force intake because thats what i had on my dodge and i really like the filter design and easy maintince.any sugestions are welcome.right now im getting around 13-15 mpg on the highway and its a little hard to take when the truck is a bit gutless with 35's on it lol.

If you have a smartphone, you can upload the pics to your desired picture hosting service (like Picasa or Photobucket) or transfer the pics to your computer.
