Im goin in this next friday to get my new exhaust put on. There running new 2.5" pipe all the way back and cutting my 4 cats off, and putting 2 magnaflow 94106's in in place of the 4. Then im going with a magnaflow X pipe, dynomax bullets, and exit straight out the back with 4x18 inch magnaflow rolled tips. With them cutting cats out, I just got my gryphon, think itll throw codes? And if CEL does come on, can I turn it off on the gryphon until I can get a custom tune for only 2 cats?

There is no user adjustable option you can do to shut off the O2's. As the codes come up you can clear them, but it will just come back in time. It probably will throw a code but it's a gamble. Put the rear O2 bung an inch behind the maggie cat and see what happens. Should be a good sounding set up. Your truck will thank you for getting custom tuned for the cats, that part gets largely overlooked when making cat modifications.
