Ah, true. Really didn't think about that to be honest.

Huh. And is it like a deep throaty sound or more of a growl like you hear on muscle cars?

Flowmasters are great but for the little extra money, im talking 200$, I love my magnaflow. It has a throaty sound but not to stupid, sounds great at idle and during a drive. Got a smooth loud sound and when i floor it it has a great rumble.

Just wondering what size or model magnaflow people are using? I'm looking for a good nice decently loud exhaust. Thought about straight pipe but the shop wanted 600 bucks what a joke. Really would like duals but thinking about a magnaflow si/so any advice or sound clips?

I'm running a SI/SO 18" magnaflow and it sounds great at startup and when you put your foot into it, it's also nice and mellow at cruising speeds (a little louder than stock). With chrome tip and labour it was less than $225.

Well I got it all here today took it and got installed 70 bucks for them to weld a tip and muffler on. Really was hoping it would be louder but maybe it will get louder. You can defiantly here my intake over the exhaust. Well figure it will be awhile before I can talk the wife into letting get it done again. Defiantly different sounding than the clip a saw on YouTube but what u get in person is always different I guess.

I know that mine has gotten louder after it burned the oil off so expect it to get louder. What did you go with?
