Well I am still real new to this but here is my truck I bought it in June 2014. It's a 2007 F150 5.4l xlt. PLan on doing a bunch of stuff to this. It's currently in the tranny shop getting rebuilt. The direct clutch was burnt out!
How many miles were on that transmission I had the same issue at 84k. But it was all toe miles except a few thousand. Sorry to hear the tranny Tranny is giving you trouble.

I have 87k on mine. It had 86k in June when I bought it..
