New 2008 whats best intake and exhaust!!!!
Hey guys Im sure this has been ask alot.... But just got my 2008 with the 5.4 and I am wanting to put Cold air intake and a good bolt on single exhaust for both sound and improve gas as well as power.....
Ive look whats out there but as you know loads of options......
What has worked for yall ....

Inaugural TOTM
I have the 3" Airforce 1 CAI on my truck and love it. Instant gains in power and throttle response the moment I installed it on the truck. The AF1 comes in 2 different versions, the 3" and 3.5" tube. Difference is with the 3" you don't require custom tuning while the 3.5" tube does. I would highly recommend the AF1 CAI to anyone.
As far as exhaust goes I just went to a local custom shop and they did my exhaust up for me. It's a SIDO with magnaflow muffler. Great sounding and looking setup. Lots of guys go with the full magnaflow setup, but that was just too much for me at the time.
