Default Need your help! Truck pulling codes!

I hope I'm posting this in the correct section.

2004 4.6 Triton V8, dual exhaust

The truck rough idles sometimes, and the CEL is on. Pulls codes P0059 and P0152. Did some research but wanted to get the opinion of you experts on the relation of these codes before I go and replace an O2 sensor or a coil pack.

Thoughts?

Default occassional rough idle

You didn't say how many miles you have on it, but, I've a '97 4.6; at about 150,000 miles the rough idle began, no one could figure it out and I had no codes.
At 235,000 had complete Cat. converter failure. Replaced all with O2's and the truck ran like new.
Don't know if this your problem but thought it would be worth getting the cats. checked.

Nailed it.

144K miles on it.

The mechanic shop that replaced my exhaust system last month said that the O2 sensors were also replaced. Guess what? They weren't. The original sensors were still in place. All I did was pull out the old O2 sensor on bank 2, sensor 1. It was fried. Bent all to hell.

$55 later and a new sensor and it runs like brand new. One of the codes must've been tripping the other code, because both codes cleared and CEL is off! Thanks!
