Try performancepeddler.com
I got my magnaflow Si/Do for 400 shipped.
If they have you specific kit available, make a really low offer, then they make a good counteroffer.

GoodLuck with everything

Remove the pipe between the muffler and the y-pipe. It will growl and be plenty loud... downside though is it will drone like crazy. if you like the volume and sound though you could then have the muffler cut out and a straight pipe installed.

(I suggest removing the pipe first since its held in by a couple of clams and is therefore a free way for you to experiment with your exhaust sound)

I just installed a roush off road last night and it sounds pretty good. Not as loud as I thought it would be but sounds good.
