Default Need some quick help! Self Repair

Hey guys i need some help, as i already said, Since i hit the deer i am getting a nice 2 grand insurance check from sending a deer flying across the road, My bumper is bent, bullbar is not covered so its a waste of 500 bucks, i simply am ready to begin work on my truck and do it the way i want it to be done, but seriously what is the plastic piece behind the upper bumper plastic called? I am going to have to order a new upper cover to be painted and the plastic peice it snaps into directly behind it has 2/3 securing bolts broke in half where the plastic was bonded. (Directly under where bottom of grill would sit closed)

It's not called a impact filler by name, that just brings up the bottom of the metal bumper, but its kind of what it is. Any help or part number would be greatly appreciated.

Will get pics soon! I have the entire grill off

Whats to come after i get everything ordered, i will be sure to post it all fixed up

If the money is right i will get the halo's just for fun. Kind of in a toss up if they are really worth it or not.
