I'm considering getting rims once again. When I went through this before, I thought I was sold on getting chrome ones seeing as I have the chrome package. However, I'm getting turned onto the machined look again. I'm looking at the Ultra Baron 202's (see pic below). Although I have the chrome package, I do have the black nerf bars and black light bar for my KC's on the front. I also like how the chrome in the wheels sort of accents the BFG lettering.

Can anyone give me any sort of review on this wheel as far as how it holds up over time?

Also, most importantly, I need to know for sure that they'll fit. I'll be running my 285/70R17 BFG's on them, the wheels are 17x9 with +25mm offset. Will I have any rubbing, any Idea what my backspacing will be or how to calculate it?

Here's another pic with them photoshopped onto my truck. Also pictured are the Gear Recoil's photoshopped onto my truck, so which look do you like more, the black or the chrome? I'm kinda torn, but I'm leaning towards the Ultras I think.

I also found that the Barons have a backspace of 5.98". Will this work with my tire size?

Definitely black... They'd probably look better in a 18 or 20 inch

I think so too but I don't want to give up my tires because I literally just bought them not too long ago.

The chrome would look great if you went to a 20 but being so small it's all bunched up. The black will look good any size. But I would wait and get a bigger rim if that's what you want. You can always keep the ones you have around as a full size spare.
