Back to your question, if you buy online I am not sure what the cheapest would be or where. The cheapest way to get a BDS is to go to a local offroad shop that deals BDS products and they will deal with Zone as well since they are connected companies (essentially). That way you have both options either going just 6" with the Zone or going 6"+ with the BDS. Dont try to price out a BDS kit from their website. The kit I got was supposed to cost $2800 when I priced it online. haha. Go to the BDS website and type in your zip code and find a local dealer and get a price from that place.
Pro Comp doesnt have a replacement strut you can get other than getting the $2600 kit(4wheelonline) with the replacement MX2.75 coilovers which are sweet but not necessary. They have the basic kit which is the 6" strut spacer for like $1600(4wheelonline).
Fabtech has a couple options. If you get their kit with the 6" Bilstein struts and normal rear shocks you can get it for $1950(4wheelonline).
Skyjacker has one too that is actually $1700 (4wheelonline) with the 6" replacement struts. They have a ton of options but that is the cheapest with the replacement struts.
The other thing you can do I suppose is get the 6" Bilstein replacement struts from Topguncustomz and put them on a Pro Comp lift which would be $1600 and then $288 for the 6" Bilsteins.
Overall, it appears (I didnt notice till I wrote all this) that Skyjacker would be the cheapest kit to buy new, that would give you the replacement front struts. This way you can add a level on top of the new struts. Of course, most local offroad shops might have great deals going on some brands so it is good to check there as well. If you buy online, 4wheelonline is one of the cheaper places I have seen, but have heard some bad stories about their customer service. I havent heard anything bad recently about them so maybe it is different now. Looks like for a kit where you can 6"+ you are looking at about $2000. A 6" Zone kit that will leave you at 6" unless you did a 3" body lift will run you $1400 and thats with free shipping from them since they are a vendor on here.

That is pretty much that is what you want to look for to decide if you can go higher. A kit kit that you can get the replacement struts with. The only exception would be RCX since you can put the 6" Bilstein struts on that kit but since their drop down bracket is only 4"-5" its not going to work very well putting a level on top of it. If you get one with the 6" strut spacer you wont be able to add another spacer on top of it...Well, you could but you are risking severe problems (movement and breaking). I know a guy who has a 6" Pro comp (6" spacer) and a 3" level spacer stacked and dont know how he gets away with it. That is like the main thing you are told not to do when doing a lift...front or rear...oh well.
