Go to Google. Enter each code (one at a time) in the Google search. You will obtain several links to sites that will describe the code, it's meaning, and the possible causes for the codes. If there are related codes (such as yours), they will be mentioned in these links as well.

It's easy! You'll end up saving these links in your favorites for future reference.

Any tips or tricks on how to get to them or check them. I hate emissions crap. I can work on just about anything else.
spark plugs will CAN not cause a lean code.

As far as the lean codes there are two possiblities that I usually see

1. remove your maf sensor get a can of mass air cleaner and clean the hot wire in the maf..

2. there is a pcm update for this your truck for lean conditions
pcm updates are covered for 8yrs or 80k miles at no charge from the dealer I don't have the tsb handy give me your vin number and I can give you that tsb

the imrc is more difficult there is a easy way to check the operation get a long handle mirror and flashlight let the engine get to operating temp and have someone snap the thottle over 3000 rpm's that will accuate the imrc controller you should see both rods move from closed to open to closed if its working normally, you will need to reset the check engine light first if the light comes back on right away you have hard fault in the sytem. meaning the problem is there right now. removal of the intake is the only way to gain access to the controller there is a 10mm nut that holds the wiring harness up and out of the way of the arms of the controller this is VERY important that it get put back in the postion it was in....

I have changed plugs, checked out all the coils and installed new boots, checked the manifold runners, gone back over the vacuum system, checked the intake manifold for leaks, cleaned the air filter, cleaned the maf sensor and I still have not remidied the problem. The truck is currently sputtering on occasions like its dropping a cylinder and now when you stomp the gas it revs up but doesnt take off until a few seconds later. HELP!
