Default Need new rear bumper, tailgate and hitch

I was rear ended last week, sitting at a stop and lady was going about 25 mph or so. Good thing I have 35's on my truck otherwise it would have more damage.

But I'm looking for a cheap aftermarket rear bumper and tailgate and hitch. I've found some on the usual sites but wanted to see where other people have gotten theirs at.

Also, has anyone seen an aftermarket bumper that has a step in the corner of it like the new Chevy ones do? Man I'd love to have one like that if it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

She did, their insurance company was great, and in less than a week already have a check in the mail. but I'm not going to take it to a shop just because someone else will pay for it. I'm still going to do the work myself and get to pocket the difference.

Is it going to be cheaper to source the parts, then paint to match?

I'm not going to paint. I'm just going to get the black ones, and then plastidip them black. I have the silver and dark grey two tone paint, but I had to replace my front lower bumper, and when I did I just got a black one and plastidipped that and the upper bumper and the grill surround black, along with the factory fender flares. The truck is beat up a little bit but I like the look of the black front bumpers and then have the rear bumper match.

I'll probably still have the tail gate painted to match though.

Oh ok. Autoanything, CarId, LMC truck, Jcwhitney, stage III. Maybe they'll have something.

It will be cheaper to go used at your local auto recycling yard.

Does anyone know if the newer boxes fit on our trucks? Do the body lines work?

I've actually thought of just putting a new box on while I'm at it, since it's dinged up a lil and has some rust. Give me a chance to get at the frame and clean up the rust on it as well.
