Its a nice truck, i would offer $30K to them for it and ask for the spark plug change for sure. IMO, I would remove the saleen stripes too, seem to detract from the clean Harley look of the 07's, but it's a good buy with that low of mileage. As with any used vehicle have a carfax or similar report run on it, if not from that dealer, competing dealers will run the vin for you for free to try to get your business too.
