I had a similar issue years ago and it turned out to be a bad tire. Had a small "egg" on the inner edge. At speeds under 45 no issues but over 45 it felt like my fillings were going to come out of my teeth!! Replaced all tires that day!!!

Just stopped and talked to a local mechanic, he seems to think it may be my spark plugs. I'll probably have him do diagnostics first. Any one else agree with what he said?
Btw I just rolled over to 93k today.

Take your hand and rub across your tires.. I say this because one of my tires had a bubble in it.. Changed shocks, ball joints and still had the vibration.... Took tires of looking and by accident noticed a bubble in the tire under the treads..

Tires? ALL 4 tires worn on the inner edge? Don't know how you'd fark up the camber on a solid rear axle, but first I'd look for myself and find another tire shop. Maybe go to a mechanic who isn't going to instantly try to sell you tires?

Worn on the fronts I'd understand, ball joints, already mentioned, will quickly do that. In addition, as already mentioned, the front coils on these trucks tend to break right above the seat, which can cause alignment issues, causing premature tire wear.

Advice? Find a trusted mechanic in a small shop. Have them look at it and see what they think. Soudns like you're going to a tire sales place and they're selling you mechanic work to pad their bill.
He could of rotated bad ones from the front and did not caught it at the time...

Sorry it has been so long... After getting all of your much appreciated advice.. I decided to pretty much replace everything mentioned... I replaced Inner Tie Rods, Outer Tie Rods, Lower Ball Joints, Upper Control Arms w/ Ball Joints, Coil Springs & Shocks, Stabilizer Linkages, and I also TRIED to install the 2.5 inch AutoSpring Leveling Kit... After mounting the spacer on top of the new Monroe Quick-Strut it was evident that there was no possible way that everything was going to bolt back up. Read every forum on installing them and every video I could find but after about 3 hours just decided to do without... Anyways the extreme shaking is mostly gone, only a slight shake from the bed now. But about a week ago I noticed the brakes squeaking so I am thinking that it is probably the parking brake problem that I have seen on so many posts... But anyways to all that replied to my original post, THANKS!
