Usually when you get one bank stuck rich, the other bank stuck lean, and poor running, it's due to the VCT solenoids. The inlet filter screens break and jam the solenoid, preventing the computer from controlling the cam timing. I'd pull the solenoids and inspect the screens carefully. There is one at the front top of each valve cover. You will destroy the seals taking them out. They are about $13 each. The solenoids can be found for ~$50 on ebay. Their design has been updated and it might just make sense to replace them anyway.

Well, I'm waiting for the dealer to enlighten me on my situation with a shake, rattle, and barely roll.
Just bought a 2006 XLT SCrew with 5.4L and only 23K miles last week. Former DoD truck that wasn't used much...obviously.
Yesterday morning, drove about 25 miles to work and as I pulled into the parking lot she just died. Restarted with a little effort. Didn't think much of it since it hasn't been used much and I had already put 400 miles in week. Drove home fine, pulled into the driveway and it shut off again, but restarted easily. On the way to work, which is 80 MPH Interstate, showed some hesitation, but no problems. Exited the hwy and it died slowing for the light and didn't start easily this time. Had to keep RPM's up all the way to the office or it would die. Shop next door looked at it and said to call the dealer I bought it from, which is a large Chevy dealer in Tampa, because if they got any deeper than they were, it was going to be big money. Called the dealer and explained the situation to the Used Car GM. They immediately dispatched a tow truck and I am currently waiting for a response.
Just thought I would share my story for those with this issue.

Glad you got it fixed, keep your fingers crossed that you caught it in time. A stuck injector normally equals a cylinder washed down with no lubrication. Not good!
