I have a 3 inch leveling kit already on my truck so I know it will clear the tires I just wanted to know if the tires would fit in my stock rims.

Just because you have a 3 inch level does not mean your not gonna rub somewhere..most 35/12.50 tires are in fact 13+ wide .. which will rub on your UCA and front and back fender well if not on the proper wheel...now you asking if it's ok to put a 13.4 wide tire on a 7.5 wide wheel... you need some new wheels with proper width/offset and backspacing.
