So my gryphon programmer for my 5.4L 05 f150 will be arriving sometime today. I plan on running the canned level 2 tow tune, but what I need advice with, is what I should set the custom settings to like the WOT, shift points, timing advance, and all that stuff for maximum performance! The only "aftermarket" thing I have as of right now is a muffler delete! Thanks in advance for the help!

Just set the tire/wheel size and gear ratio for what's on your truck and drive it like that for a while. I think you'll be pleased with that well enough, compared to stock.

PHP used to have a forum on their site, but that's been gone for a while. PM me and I'll send you a couple Word documents they (PHP) made with Gryphon FAQs.

I didn't get any custom tunes with it, just the three canned tunes. I plan on ordering all three custom tunes later on down the line

I will post my settings tonight. Mine are based off of the numbers from several threads about custom settings. They should at least provide a starting point for you.
