I would go ahead and replace the lash adjusters while you're in there. It's almost impossible to tell from a video, and I watched it on my phone, but getting those valve covers off is not a job you want to do twice.

Also wouldnt a bad rocker arm or lash adjuster make noise at all times, and not just when its warmed up?

I pulled the cams when I changed my followers and lash adjusters out. I wanted to check for scoring on the cam. By the way, if you pull the cam holder caps off, mark their position in relation to the cam so that all lines line back up and also make sure that they go back on the correct lobes, they are each numbered or lettered. If you do not have letters or numbers on them, then that particular head has been changed out before and you need to mark them to make sure they go in the original positions.
