Default Need help deciding on exhaust
I just bought my 2005 F150 5.4l and want to put a budget exhaust on it. For the moment i was going to stay with everything stock but the muffler and tip. I want a fast and easy SI/SO muffler with a 3'' tip maybe, but I want a deep sound. Not a loud cracking sound (I dont like that very much) Thank you all in advance!

2.5 inch dynomax bullet muffler and go with a four inch tip. That way you can reuse stock piping. Muffler around 40. 50 or so to have it welded in from local shop. Tip 25 online with 10 weld fee from local shop. Total of 125 for great sounding exhaust. I have three inch si/so and am happy with it. I have videos and can help with part numbers if interested. I am curious on this as well. My weld broke right in front of my muffler so my truck is pretty loud. I like the louder deep rumble but not sure on what I wanna do because I don't wanna drop a bunch of money on it (saving up for news shoes for her).
