Actually I'm sorry!!! If F102 was blown, you'd have bigger issues!!! You're right, it's ignition switch but it feeds accessory delay.
So it's F1 that'd be your focus. Any luck with that one?

Hmm, ok and your wipers and that work fine right? If so, it's something after that fuse that's broken.
Another stupid question, your battery is charged, truck starts right? Eliminating possibility that battery saver kicked in.

yeah, ok fuse 1 is good... hmmm, and your connector on the truck side is sitting in ok? Make sure the aftermarket connector that goes into your truck harness didn't push the red wire out. It sounds like something's disconnected somewhere. Reconnect the connector to the truck harness.

Another thing to try.....
Disconnect the radio connector at the truck factory harness. Note where the red wire is on the aftermarket connector and which wire it is on the factory harness (should be light-green/yellow). Connect your voltmeter probe there with the key in ignition and see if you have +12V there. You may not have popped a fuse but may have done something to the connection on the factory side by shorting it.
