Check into bilstines 5100 I have read that you can achieve lift with those I don't really know much about them but have came across other threads where the mention 1-2 inches of lift with them

I dont think those are adjusting the "Rate" of the spring though. What I am talking about is a Same Height spring that compresses less under weight, similar to a 3/4 ton truck spring. With a normal weight haalf ton the ride quality would become extremely stiff, but since you have the extra weight it would ride more like it did stock before the heavy bumper. I would assume someone offers this....I may be wrong though.

Other option, is to switch to a bigger spacer, such as for a 3" level, with your extra weight you would only be getting the 2.5 or so....

I understand what your saying i personally wouldn't want stiffer springs and reduced ride quality just for bigger tires but that is a option. I really don't see the bumper being so heavy that it would sag that much. I can jump on the front of my truck and it doesn't even move I'm only around 195 lbs

The shocks alone aren't going to lift the truck. And a bigger spacer is just going to mess up ball joints and other necesities. You wanted the cheapest option, just go with the body lift and slap the 295s under it unless you are looking to upgrade your suspension anyway?

Yah, there are several threads about the bilstein STRUTS.

If he already has a level and whatever he added is actually bringing his front in down lower than a 2in level, it wont make his ride stiff, it will make it less "soft". Like having higher compression springs in the back but when combined with heavy tool boxes, rides smoother than a stock empty truck.....

What Level is on the truck?

alright my apologies i have never researched the bilsteins and from my understanding they groove to the bottom of the coil to achieve your "lift" and that will still only level it out but he already has it leveled? although you can use the bilsteins with a coil spacer if i have read correctly and the two struts would run you about the same price as a body lift then and would still help you clear the 295s

I have a 6 inch lift and mine rub the air dam even with a trim gonna do the bilstines and lift it some more. There is a truck on the truck of the month page with a 8 inch lift raised to 10 with the bilstines. Just saying to do things correctly it costs money its better to save an do it correctly than harm the truck in the long run body lifts put more stress on the steering components and I know from experience I had a jeep with one and the steering knuckles and shaft wore pretty bad
