Default need advice on proper cleaning

Hi I was wondering if anyone can send me a link or post here. My question is what's the best and proper way to keep the inside of the doors clean. I notice there are drain plugs on the bottom do I need to take those out and put them back in after cleaning and is there a trick to taking them out I feel like I'm about to break them when I tried to take them out. Also do I need to run water through it or just run air through it? Any other advice on other areas would be great too! Thanks.

I doubt if anyone actually does any "preventative maintenance" on the door drain holes. It's one of those things that only gets looked at when or if water is getting into the floor area.

I recently installed a door lock/unlock kit in my 2007 STX, and while I had the inner door panels removed, I checked the bottom of the door panels for any standing water.

I guess if you don't have any water under the carpets, then the doors are not anything to be concerned about.

Clean them out with your finger then spray lots of water at the window. The Windows are water right to the door. They are designed to leak(with garden hose pressure) and will flush out the drains
