Default need advice, bilstein 5100 setting+tire size

I have a whole set of Bilstein's I will install tomorrow on my 2006 F150. I was originally going to set it up at the highest setting(2" lift up front) and get some 295/60r20 tires. Some life circumstances have happened and now I need to drive a lot more highway miles than I thought, so now I have to care about fuel mileage and tire life. Have to think this over.

Would this option look OK, any pics of this?

Set bilstein up for the 1" level, and a set of 275/60r20 tires(Toyo ATII or Cooper ZEON LTZ). That would give me descent looks and good mileage/tire life I'm thinking. I assume the 1" level on a 2006 FX4 would give me about a 0.5" of rake still(meaning the rear would still be 0.5" taller then front)?
