Nav unit buttons not lighting up
I got an 07 FX4 and i bought a new nav unit...works great plugged right in powered up and works beautifully. Is it normal that i didnt have to have it programmed? AND found out that night its not auto dimming and the buttons arent lighting up at all....What could cause this? any and all info would help because if i cant figure this out im going to return it. Thanks guys for the info and help

look into the lighting of the screen im sure its in the menu. its probably something so the cab wont be so lit up while driving at night double check everything and if u got one read your owners manual
