My Truck's Evolution (very pic heavy)

Awesome truck man!! It looks like it has come a long way since you bought it and all the mods are great. I just read your "How-To" thread on all the steps you took to get that mirror finish. I must add that that thread was very detailed and very helpful...

I just bought a black '07 SCREW about 2 months ago and I know it has the typical swirl marks and a few scratches in it, but the weather has been too bad to get it clean and get any kind of real assessment of what the paint really looks like. I have always taken great care of my vehicles in the past, but you have taken it to the next level. I can't wait for spring to get here so I can give mine a good bath and hopefully get it looking as good as yours. This is my first dark colored vehicle I have owned and I want to get it back to the showroom look and hopefully keep it there. It does take a tremendous amount of time to keep them looking that good, but the final product it worth it.
Keep up the good work!

Thank you guys!
Thanks bud. Man black is so hard to keep clean. It's impossible, really...more of how good of shape you can keep it in. Essentially after you polish out all the swirl marks you can keep it in great shape by sticking to the 2-bucket method when you wash it.
Yes, I have a 2" leveling kit. I almost feel I should have gone 1.5", because sometimes it looks like the front sits a tad higher than the rear. It may just be because of the terrain I'm on or the size difference between front and rear wheel wells. Who knows.

Yep Zeruin. Known him from another forum for a while. Not sure if he's a member over here--probably is. I got a few of my ideas from him. He is also the one who taught me how to paint the stock wheels (in the How-To section).
