Default My truck got annihilated at the carwash...

I went for a simple 4 day wash guarantee. A fastener for the reciprocating curtains snapped and dropped the 35 lb tie rod on my truck...It broke the windshield, ripped the molding out from the bottom of the glass all the way to the rear of the cab, dented my a pillar, and scratched the living ***** out of my roof...they said they are covering 100% plus getting a complete interior and exterior detail once the work is complete...

that's the messed up part...when they saw the damage, they stopped wiping it down. So, it's water spotted...
