Maybe I'm hearing something different but that sounds like more of a rattle than an exhaust leak to me.

I may take it to a shop and have them run a smoke machine up thru it and see if they can find something.

Using a rag/visual inspection didnt reveal much. The sound doesnt occur at idle, only in 3rd gear(ish) while at steady rpm or under load.

I had high flow cats welded in years ago, I will investigate those and their welds (as soon as the snow melts).

Update: Problem solved. It was a hole in the weld in front of the passenger side cat. I had hi-flow cats welded in a few years ago, after the factory ones failed. Easy $10 fix (welded up) and no PITA manifold removal.
