i agree with pappamike just mark all of your filter and take it in cause if they screw something up and your trasnmission goes they should replace it besides then you can tell what filter were changed

I work at a dealership, a volvo, mercedes, and jaguar dealership.
Not replacing an oil filter will get you fired in less than two seconds.
The only reason for not replacing a filter is if the customer requests it, Or if we ran out, runnning out of oil filters is kinda hard to imagine though but it could have happened. Either way it should be noted on the repair order. if it is not then they should have replaced it. if they didnt you need to go talk to the service manager. NOT THE ADVISOR. ADVISORS TEND TO DICK AROUND SO THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO REDO THE CAR AGAIN NAD LOSE THEIR MONEY. so double check the filter and go back to the dealership and ask questions.

damn dude, you should definitely look for a new dealership to help ya out... ive checked the work done on my truck when i take it in and they definitely do everything and correctly...
