No the truck wouldn't throw codes at all it would run rough and then run fine. We switched the m around a little a found the bad one,and replaced it. Id take them all out and regrease the boots and reinstall them all and make sure they snap down nice and tight.

Im gonna go through and make sure all the plugs and coils are tight and connected good And if that doesn't do it ima gonna assume that its just the ecm going through its relearn phase

After I did my plugs mine did the same thing . Changed the oil and found rusted flakes , probably from the removal of the plugs . All 8 of mine broke . But after the oil &filter Change no more problems with bucking and misfiring

I changed my oil right afterwards. Im thinkin maybe one of the the plugs/coils isn't tightened or seated properly or is faulty. Or the ecm is goin through it's relearn process i keep reading about. I've only put about 6 or 7 miles on it since everything

Damn man . It's a stupid question but I have to ask . Are all the connections connected to the right plug. I numbered mine cause I knew every thing was gonna be disconnected for a while and it was dark when I put everything back together . Or like you were saying make sure they are all greased and seated tight . And nothing else got knocked loose during removal .

Ya the connections are all right. It's just about impossible to connect the coils wrong cuz the connectors for them won't reach any other one. Im gonna try retightening the plugs after work and double checking the coil connectors
