Default My before and after so far...

Bought this after I got home from deployment. I couldn't pass up the price tag on this one. It was a private owner. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it before cutting the check. All the other stock ones were too high milage and high priced!

Day I brought it home: (pimped out with chrome)

As of yesterday, with my new PTM tonneau cover and some other stuff:

I'm getting a full set of factory fender flares from a friend of mine with the same truck because I'm gonna do the plug change for him. Not a bad deal I think. I sold the wheels and tires and ended up with the factory 18" lariats, some used 325 nittos, a tonneau cover, and bug deflector with quite a bit of money left over lol! I'm actually considering leaving the body lift on now. I will cut out some 7075 T-6 aluminum tomorrow at work and make my own gap guards, and figured out a way to raise my tow hitch so it doesn't hang down so far....(gonna take some grinding/welding)

Looks much cleaner without all the stick on chrome. Chrome looks good when its not overdone. Good work!

Thanks, I agree. I'm going for the ol' man look but clean. I've been waiting for about 2 months for a topper but could never score one to my liking. Got the hard cover instead. I've always favored a clean set of factory wheels on any vehicle too.

Thank you and your very welcome! I actually considered that idea weeks after I removed them from the truck, but they were already in the trash and gone lol! That damn stick on chrome was terrible removing it all. Most of it was ruined when I was done.
