Default My 2006 F150 vibrates when idling

When idling i notice some vibration. I am not sure where it is coming from. I just bought the truck used a week ago. Can anyone help. I assumed they would have checked the balancing of the tires in their check before giving it to me but maybe not.

I will move this to the 2004-2008 section where it will get more exposure.

Now... The title states that you feel a vibration at idle, but in the text it states that you are questioning the tire balance. When do you actually feel the vibration?

Roughness at idle could be caused by an intake leak. Do a visual check of engine compartment, we are looking for any hoses not connected properly or hopefully not connected at all. Am surprised the check engine light (CEL)is not on. What speed is the engine idleing at? Did you state what engine you have?
