Must Haves 04-08????
What are the "MUST HAVES" on a 04-08 F150 super crew 4x4?
Here is what I have come up with:
1. 5.4L 3V 300hp
2. 3:73LS
3. Tow Package
4. Power rear slider (more of a want I think I could add later)
Is there anything else you all can think of that was a must have on your truck or something you wished you would have gotten?
It would be great to get a FX4 or Lariat with the fancy options but I think I may go for a newer XLT. I can get a 1 owner 2007 XLT for the same price a 2004-2005 FX4/lariat would cost. Since I live up north in the salt land I am thinking its best to go with the newer XLT and skip the fancy interior of the FX4/lariat.
Future plans for the truck would be pulling 19-21' boat, a few ATVs, pop up camper etc.....

Auto climate control. Its probably one of my favorite creature comforts of my Lariat and I wont buy another truck without it. Other than that I wanted a 5.4 4x4 supercrew with leather.

First thing you should ask about is if the Spark Plugs have been changed.
As you live in the cold climate like I do, look for heated seats.
I have a vertically challenged wife so the power pedals are good for her and I like the memory seats for the same reason.
Door key pad is a great option also for easy access to the vehicle
But my most favorite option is the 4X4.
Options for after are dark tint on the windows.

6.5 foot bed. And if you pull trailers I'd get a set of lights to mount near the hitch for backing up at night

It doesn't have 3.73 or a LSD I believe. :/ fx4 for that one.
