I'm getting a all around 11mpg getting on it a good bit

05 /5.4 I baby it and stay on top of the maintenance. I get 13 to 14 at best. 125,000 mi, cold air and duals. Superchips programmer, custom tow tune. 20" rims.

08 5.4 and a heavy foot about 10mpg city. 2.5 level 20s wrapped in 35" rubber
