I'm getting about 14 MPG combined city and highway. My highest combined was 15.1 and that was with me trying really hard.

12 city, 17 highway. Winter gas will drop my city mileage to 10ish.

Right now, around 12.8 city, as good as 19.8 highway (65mph w/cruse on)
Man I don't feel to bad about my MPG's now, look's like I'm right in there.

'04 Screw 5.4
Airaid CAI/Edge Evo Programmer/Flowmaster 40 series
Little bit of a lift, 38.5/14.5/20s, 4.88 front and rear

I was getting about 6 mpg until I did the performance mods, that bumped me up to about 13 city, and 18/20 highway. I drive it pretty hard though.
