Did you replace the VCT solenoid on the drivers side.. Bank 2 ?

That would be what I would replace.. according to the DTC. Unless there's something else going on that you have not mentioned...like a loud noise from the motor ...something like the timing chain slapping around in the front of the motor.

well when it goes to stall it makes a noise like you hear on a game when the motor blows lol I don't like the noise. The noise Doesn't sound like an easy fix. Lol but I'll buy a silinoide and do that first and see if it stops. It hasn't done it to me in Three days but that doesn't mean it won't happen. It does it at random times and never consistently at a time if you know what I mean...

Project Red I just saw your post. I posted a very similar problem on Aug 19. Here'swhat I wrote:
2008 f150 5.4L. 84k miles. I bought it a few years ago when it had 74K miles. Runs great, but a few weeks ago, started knocking after I drove for about 10 miles, then put it into reverse. Gave it some gas and knock stopped. No CEL. Runs good until it happens again: drive about 10 miles (engine warmed up), stop truck, put into reverse, knock knock, let it idle/give it gas and knock goes away. Seems to happen more often when I am backing up on a grade. Coincidentally, this all stated right after I changed the oil.
Is this problem with VCT solenoid/cam?
I got no replies.

I haven't had time to fix it but idk I'm going to change the silinoide that techrep said but it does it more after the oil change. That's weird. It will be fixed hopefully this friday. I read up on this cause it hasn't done it and I got a code now po345...
