Tfolks206, I didnt mean you. I asked the other posters because they all say they didnt have to do anything but mount and go. I am curious as to why some have issues and some dont.

Can your please post a picture of the back of the fog mount on the driver side? My mounting tab on the driver side would require the new fogs to be mounted upside down which I wouldn't do.
..I know I'm not the only one having this issue.

Tfolks206 did a write up on adding a new metal bracket to the bucket. His link he posted is broken but search his posts for it.

Here you go. No modification needed. The only thing I can think of to complain about is the hardware isn't stainless, and I couldn't use the factory hardware.

Thanks! I found it but now I ask the question of how the adjustment screw works if the L bracket isn't threaded.

You have 1 mounted up-side down (looks to be the passenger side).....it doesnt affect the beam quality? The Morimoto logo should be to the top of the foglight.

The bracket doesnt need to be threaded. You should have gotten a plastic insert for the foglight bracket that the screw threads into.

Damn! I didn't even notice. Beams seem to be even. I did this install in the rain, but I thought I double checked everything. I'll flip it around in the morning. Thanks for pointing that out!

LOL, you can't flip it........thats where the issue is. The passenger side factory bucket bracket will be on the wrong side as the Morimoto fog assembly. Look at what Tfolks206 had to do in this thread: https://www.f150forum.com/f83/morimo...s-08-a-321547/

Before you do that, if the beam quality is good, then email TRS and ask them if they can be mounted upside down with no loss in performance.
