Formerly "ZCHPRO"
The Gotts/DWV modd
Here's one you might like and I'm gonna do the same in a little bit.

Results will vary but from what I've heard its as affective if not then more affective than any other CAI. For just the tube expansion you'll get better response and it'll run about 15$ max. If you throw in a drop in K&N high flow air filter with the GOTTS/DWV modd our trucks will have a final cost of 65$ or so. Its a simple modd that will take no more than an hour (including shoping time for pipe and air filter). Best of luck and let me know if you have more questions.

If you don't have money to spend, you're pretty limited on upping your power. The only thing I can think of that's cheap/free is the Gotts mod depending on what you have lying around the house.
If you have/know somebody with a welder, you can cut out the old muffler, and pick up a free-flowing CherryBomb for $30
Short of that, try and find a used programmer. Even that won't be very cheap though. I got mine for $140. Which is good compared to the $360 it is brand new here.
