Been a busy day. I got my coolant drained and refilled. The "old" coolant was very clean. I'm thinking the previous owner did this. Also dropped the transmission pan and changed the filter. Used a Motorcraft. This fluid was also very clean. I installed the Dorman pan with a drain.

Changed the fuel filter a couple of days ago.

Looks like I may have bought a good one. Everything I've touched for maintenance appears to have already been done. New plugs and coils were also put in recently.

I haven't done the diffs or transfer case yet.

I guess I always heard, that 100° over ambient temps is normal for trans temps. I ran about 2 hours up the highway yesterday, at 80-85mph, outside temp was 87°, and the truck stayed at 174°.
I'm happy with that, considering my tires are stupid heavy (325/60/18).

Sounds like you got one that was well maintained! I did as well @ 113K. Now I have 147K and no issues at all. I serviced the transmission and added a drain plug, rear diff, fuel filter, new plugs and COP's and just recently all new brakes and shocks, and all front end components (upper control arms, lower ball joint, tie-rod ends, sway bar links and bushings) including struts. Runs and handles like a new truck.

That's reassuring. I did front brakes the first day I had it because the rotors were warped. Still need to do the rears. The front end is very tight. No play or noises. I think my truck has a leveling kit so I'm not sure if any front end work has been done. She drives as good as my 2015. Just not as much power.
