Default Moog LS Bushings, and AutoCraft Shackle

2005 F150 FX4.

Anyone have experience with Moog leaf spring bushings and AutoCraft shackles?

I made a post a few days ago basically about my bed shaking over bumps, even really small ones. The driver side is worse than the passenger side. Shocks were first thing replaced. There will be some bed shaking to be expected, but on my truck it seems more than normal, even though it's somewhat subtle you can feel it through the whole truck even the steering wheel - looking through the rear view mirror you can see the bed shake up and down about an inch or so rapidly like it's bouncing.

Anyway, the Moog leaf spring bushings in the picture from Advance Auto don't appear the same as a factory replacement - specifically there is no outer metal sleeve. Is this normal?

Also, the AutoCraft shackle appears to have multiple positions. I do not want to raise or lower the truck, but it looks like this shackle would only fit the upper two bolt holes and seems like it would raise the rear end. The main reason to replace this shackle is also to replace that bushing and it doesn't appear you can buy just the bushing.

Anyone have experience with these parts?

Actually never mind. I ordered stock replacements instead. So no need to respond to above post.
