Thats what I thought when it came to filling the ball joints, that the extra grease would find its way out somehow. I know for sure one of my lower boots has a hole due to a spaghetti stream of grease that pushes its way out upon filling it. Maybe my gun is too strong, Im not sure but either way I purchased new joints and will add one shot of grease to each one and see what happens. I know for sure the bumpiness has gotten worse in the ride.
Is an alignment required after installing the new upper ca's and lower bj's seeing as I had alignment done back in December?

Thanks, wasn't 100% on that one.

I have read on other sites that the new moog ball joint design doesnt allow the excess grease to escape out of the boot, only by removing the zerk fitting. Any thoughts on this? If this is true then my boots are shot and have allowed water in my joints hence the wish wash sound I can hear by squeezing the boots. They are shot. Also, if this new design doesnt allow excess grease to escape out of the boot then alot of people will mess them up by filling them the "old school" way to the point of having exces grease ooze out of the boot.
