moisture in head light

Funky headlights.
If there's moisture in there, there's a leak in the seal somewhere. Maybe try putting a silica gel packet in there to absorb the moisture, but you're going to have to find the leak.

Ok. So say if I took the light off the truck. Took the bulbs out. Got a hair dryer and blow the hot air in there. Do you think it would dry it out, or make it worse?
What would I use to seal it up?

Blowing a hair dryer into the headlight assembly would dry it out as long as the hot air has an entry and an exit.
To seal them I'd check the gaskets on the lamp sockets and run a bead of clear silicone over the joint between the clear lens and the black rear housing.

Unfortunatly, this is the problem of buying cheap headlights; you get what you pay for. Drying them out with heat from a hairdryer will work for a day or two, but they will re-fog within a few days. The only way folks have got them to work is to heat them in the oven and remove/re-seal the lenses or possibly trying to seal with an additional bead of silicone seal as memntioned. They fog when there's a temperature change, such as a rainy afternoon after a hot day, or in the evening/early morning after a hot day. The seals are poor in the cheaper aftermarket type headlights.
Those $99.00 "Harley style" that many folks buy are cheap immitations, and 8 out of ten that are bought fog.

I bought the 'cheap' Harleys for my truck, and the only time there has been fog is when I went muddin and had water up over the hood. Only the right one fogged. Dried out on its own, and never fogged again. If I were you though I would have to go with just letting it air dry, If you can. Take it off the truck, and put it in the house. Then try and reseal it with clear silicone.

One of those things where you get what you pay for. You didn't bargain for this though. Good luck.......you got pretty much all of the answers. If this isn't your daily driver, I would put the old ones in and if these can take any heat I would try to remove the glass, dry them and reassemble them and seal them right. There are threads on here about how to do that. Or try it with yuour oem if you still have them. What have you got to lose? Search for the thread.....or someone post the link, I have to leave for work, don't have time to search.
