Default milky substance on oil cap?

So i have an 05 f150 5.4 screw with about 130000 on it and i checked my oil yesterday when filling my tank and saw i was a quart low. So i went to add one quart and when i pulled my cap saw a milky substance on the backside of cap now im curious should i be concerned? Didnt see anything like it on my dipstick so think it just condensation but not sure.

You must be taking it on short trips.

My truck does the same. I don't drive short trips so it alarmed me at first. On a cold start I can tell the truck is evaporating the moisture because it bellows out of the tailpipe. There must be something about the 5.4 that creates moisture.
