Default metal parts in the oil pan.

Hello out there. So I'm working on my 06 f150 5.4l doing a complete timing job took everything off phases, chain, but when I dropped the oil pan I found these parts at the bottom and have no idea what they are and where they go. Can anybody help me out.

I believe those are thrust washers from the rear main bearing. Your local parts store should be able to confirm what they are.

Those are your thrust washers. Apparently pretty common for them to prematurely wear out and break off on these engines.
