Is it me or our trucks hold good value...

Just checked my 2004 F150 FX4 supercab with 197,000 miles.
NADA says
Rough Trade-In $5,525
Average Trade-In $6,755
Clean Trade-In $7,750
Clean Retail $10,600
I think thats a bit optimistic, even in great condition. I was offered 5k on a trade-in on a Cayenne S this past January.
EDIT: KBB says private party value is $7,074.

As I have said before, 100K miles seems to be the sweet spot when it comes to mileage. Less miles and the price really goes up, more miles and it seems to level off.
Also consider how expensive new trucks are, used ones are going to hold value.

November 2014 I bought my 2006 F150 XL with 72,000 miles on it for $5,000
manual 5speed with manual windows and the 4.2 V6
I have put all new rotors on it and brakes and today did a tune up .
I put rims off of a 2013 f150 on it as the stock rims just looked too small
