That looks really good. I was thinking going lower like 6 or 8. But I really like the blue hues - might have to go 10k...

How's the light output with the 10k? I really like the look of those.

It's simple. The harness is plug and play with the ballast. The output is good using 5000k. Just know and you will see it goes bulb to ballast, using two clip in connectors. Then ballast out to your stock harness. I'm going to order the wiring harness some day (learned something new here) I'm running the 55w in all my bulbs. Now and then 1 won't kick on. But adding that harness for the power source does make sense now that I looked into it.

Anything over 5-6000k actually loses light is what I've heard and researched. The bluer the less "light" from what it sounds.

I made sure to get the harness with my order. Can't wait till they eventually get here!

Has the 55W been any problem? I don't want to melt my housing. DDM says they get a bit hotter than the 35W which makes sense

I'm really impressed with the light output, it really lights up the night. I also have the rigid industries d2 led lights and the blue color of the lights almost match the color if the leds. Other people seem to hate them cuz of how bright they are lol

I'm not really sure to be honest. Just making sure before I pull the trigger. (I apologize to the OP if this is thread-jacking you, just trying to get help and posted because it was related)

No, but you'll melt the eyes of oncoming motorists.

These bulbs belong in proper projectors, guys.
