Default Magnaflow catalytic converters

As anyone had good or bad experiences with magnaflow catalytic converters? I've heard that since they are hi flows that they trip the check engine light? Is this true? Input?

I was just worried because the garage guy said that he has had problems with them tripping the check engine light, Just to be clear I have an 2005 5.4 litre 4wd and my particular engine only had one cat per bank not the two per bank.

If this also helps, I am thinking about getting the magnaflow 99006hm universal cat, for both sides and I want to put a flowmaster series 40 on it while there are down there. Would it also be a good idea to change the O2 sensors on both sides?

I would change the 02's. Just make sure to use motorcraft ones. I got mine off Amazon and they were half the price from any where else.
